Southern Star will be partnering with the 25 breweries mentioned for pint nights to show case all of our beers!
Twenty three breweries have joined in to each brew a batch of beer using the same yeast strain throughout the project. Called the Houston Daisy Chain Experiment, the yeast will begin its journey at Southern Star Brewing Co. in Conroe, Texas, then be harvested by the other participating breweries until they’ve all brewed and released their unique beers to the public.
Southern Star Brewing is pleased to announce the first release of our one-off line (previously known loosely as “Taproom Series”) in 12 oz cans. The artwork for the one-off can line showcases individual artists by featuring an existing piece of art on the can itself.
