Lincoln Restaurant and Deschutes Brewery are teaming up for a summer beer dinner like no other.

Chef Jenn Louis, of Lincoln Restaurant, and Chef Jeff Usinowicz of Deschutes Brewery are teaming up for a summer beer dinner like no other. They’ll be pairing a selection of Deschutes Brewery summer beers with a 4-course family-style dinner. This laid-back dinner will feature the slow and relaxed meals of summer we all love paired with lively reserve selected beer varieties.

The Menu:

Potato chip wrapped rabbit sausage w/ apple onion dip
Hushpuppies with buckwheat honey
Paired with – Deschutes Brewery Cider

First Course:
Mixed local greens with marinated torpedo onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and aged Gouda with sourdough croutons in a Pinot Suave Vinaigrette
Paired with – Pinot Suave

Second Course:
Crispy wort glazed lamb belly served with summer succotash
Paired with – The Dissident

Third Course:
Slow roasted pork chops glazed in Marion berry mostarda and served with cucumber & pickle salad, green beans & apricots, cornbread, and cheddar cheese buttermilk biscuits
Paired with – Fresh Squeezed IPA

Fourth Course:
Berry trifle chocolate cake served with summer berries and banana tahini smoothie
