Recently, Victory Brewing announced that Old Horizontal, their 10.5 percent barleywine wouldn’t be reaching market in 2011. Baxter Brewing announced today that their newest beer, Amber Road, would begin shipping to Maine markets next week. The amber ale, which is being canned today, checks in at 5.5 percent ABV and features 10 different malts and three different hop varietals. “This is actually my favorite of our three beers,” said Founder Luke Livingston.
