Helm’s Brewing Medals at Denver International Beer Competition

San Diego, CA- Helm’s Brewing Company won two bronze medals this month at the 2014 Denver International Beer Competition for their only two entries of Hop the RIPA and Beeruccino. Hop the RIPA won a bronze medal in the American Red Ale category, while Beeruccino won a bronze medal in the Robust Porter Category.

“We are honored to be recognized by the 2014 Denver International Beer Competition for Hop the RIPA and Beeruccino, two fan favorites around the brewery,” said Matt Johnson, General Manager at Helm’s Brewing Company. “To see our name up there with some of the other great craft breweries around the world is exciting.”

This was only the second beer competition Helm’s Brewing has entered starting with the World Beer Cup earlier this month. Helm’s Brewing plans to enter the San Diego International Beer Competition later this summer.
