Los Angeles, CA — First Beverage Group today announced that Nicole Fry has joined the firm as a managing partner of its investment banking division. Ms. Fry has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate development experience.

Ms. Fry was most recently a managing director in the consumer investment banking group at Imperial Capital, where she led Imperial’s efforts in the beverage, food and restaurant sectors. Prior to Imperial Capital, she worked in the investment banking divisions of Bank of America, Bear, Stearns & Co. and Citigroup. Ms. Fry also spent time managing the corporate development activities for Cooking.com, an online retailer of cooking-related products and a trusted source of online culinary content. Ms. Fry’s investment banking experience includes over a decade of providing financial advisory services to middle market companies, including merger and acquisition transactions, equity and debt capital raising, restructurings and valuations. Ms. Fry received her B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and also holds a graduate degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
