National Hard Cider Day is almost here, and 1911 Established is celebrating in the most 1911 way possible: by hoisting pints of crisp, sweet, perfectly fermented goodness across the great state of New York.
From tree to can, every ounce of 1911 Established Hard Cider is grown, picked, and pressed on the Beak & Skiff family's fifth-generation farm in Upstate New York.
To kick off the celebration, join us for a live Hard Cider Toast on our Instagram and TikTok feeds at 4:30 PM EST on November 18th, broadcasting straight from the floor of the Cider House.
Then it's off to the streets. Members of the 1911 team will be out in bars and taverns in Syracuse, Utica, and Albany, raising glasses, handing out gear, and occasionally picking up tabs all in admiration of the incredible fruit we ferment and the moments it inspires.
For us at 1911 Established, cider isn't just something else you drink, it's our story in a can, a glass, or on draught. Our hard ciders mark moments worth remembering.
