The right person for this role understands that great sales start with trust, consistency, and connection. You’ll expand our sales efforts by developing smart, strategic plans, nurturing long-term relationships, and representing Ola Brew with integrity in the market.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, restaurants, and key accounts
  • Lead sales presentations, tastings, and activations that bring the Ola Brew story to life
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and leadership to ensure alignment across teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Provide exceptional service by supporting partners and addressing needs promptly and professionally
  • Track sales performance and share insights with leadership to inform future strategy
  • Represent Ola Brew at industry events, tastings, and community gatherings


Daily Responsibilities

  • Analyze the full account base through regular market visits, identifying opportunities for growth, improved placement, and deeper partnerships
  • Prepare and deliver thoughtful, professional sales presentations that balance Ola Brew’s priorities with customer needs, including new product launches, back bar and well placements, resets, product lists, and promotional opportunities
  • Maintain appropriate product levels within accounts by conducting inventory checks and restocking shelves where legally permissible
  • Educate account staff on priority brands by leading staff trainings, tastings, and educational seminars
  • Service accounts as needed by addressing customer issues or complaints, coordinating solutions with management, and supporting product delivery in extenuating circumstances
  • Achieve established sales and merchandising objectives through consistent execution and follow-through
  • Strategize and pre-plan monthly objectives by understanding pricing, product programming, and historical account performance
  • Work closely with management to stay informed on inventory levels, out-of-stock situations, and anticipated shifts in demand
  • Meet performance standards by achieving distribution, volume, and activity goals set for Ola Brew brands
  • Ensure strong brand visibility within accounts by maintaining account standards and utilizing current point-of-sale materials where appropriate
  • Create strong relationships with both distributor and accounts
  • Support new account openings by developing opening orders in collaboration with management
  • Participate in supplier work-withs, sales calls, and sales blitzes to strengthen partnerships and expand market presence


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the beverage, hospitality, or craft industry
  • A strong relationship-builder who values long-term partnerships over quick wins
  • Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Hawai?i markets, distribution channels, and industry trends is a plus
