Mount Holly Lager is the culmination of travels and acquainting ourselves with the wine and specialty coffee worlds. We work directly with farms and craft maltsters to source heritage and modern barley cultivars. Instead of brewing our version of a historical style, we showcase a particular barley varietal and growing region through our beers. We call it a wine makers approach to lager brewing. We tend to lean towards the Helles or Pilsner Style in an effort to best represent the grain we are working with. Hops are also always single origin. Although we lean towards the noble sort, we will incorporate new cultivars in our 'Modern Pilsner' series.
For Summer 2024 we have three releases we are pleased to offer.
