VIDEO: A Visit With Cicerone Founder Ray Daniels At CBC 2011

SAN FRANCISCO – At the end of March, brewbound.com traveled to 2011 Craft Brewers Conference in San Francisco. While at the conference, we were able to meet up with some of the more notable individuals both attending and speaking at the event.

Ray Daniels, the Founder of the Cicerone Program not only presented a seminar on how to detect a bad beer, but also set up shop in the exhibtor hall to get the word out about his certification program.

The Cicerone program teaches people from all tiers of the industry the proper way to serve beer, maintain draft lines, detect off flavors and much more.

We chatted with Daniels, and learned more about the program and his tremendous growth over 2010.
