BOSTON – On March 10th, Head Brewer from The Bruery, Tyler King, headed east to take part in a special beer and food pairing event at Eastern Standard.
Brewbound was able to attend the event, which boasted a six-course beer and food pairing menu that included notable Bruery selections Saison de Lente, Orchard White, Saison Rue, Mischief, Berliner Hottenroth and Rugbrod.
Eastern Standard paired these offerings with smoked trout, a whole roasted pig and even Sourdough bread pudding with Rugbord rye ice cream.
