Bouleder, Colo. — Just in time for American Craft Beer Week, Upslope Brewing welcomed the newest member of its Limited Release lineup this week – our Thai Style White IPA.
Born out of a collaboration with Denver’s Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen a couple of years ago, this brew quickly developed into a tap room favorite and can now be found in our variety 12-pack Mix Box this summer, replacing the Belgian Style Pale Ale.
Drawing inspiration from all over the globe, our Thai Style White IPA is an artful combination of uncommon, yet carefully chosen ingredients. Brewed using Belgian Wit yeast, hopped like an American IPA and infused with seven Asian-inspired spices, this beer is far from traditional.
The sharp, juicy citrus notes of the hops interplay with the unique Thai spice blend to create an unexpected, one of a kind refreshment.
