Two Brothers Releases Cabinet of Curiosities

Warrenville, Ill.Two Brothers Brewing Company today announced the release of a new craft beer, Cabinet of Curiosities, developed in collaboration with The Field Museum. All net proceeds from the White India Pale Ale will benefit The Field Museum’s Education programs.

“Cabinet of Curiosities symbolizes our commitment to charity and our focus on giving back to the Chicagoland community,” said Jim Ebel, co-owner of Two Brothers Brewing Company. “We have enjoyed creating philanthropic beers with local community programs and are thrilled to have the opportunity to give back to The Field Museum in this way.”

With summer underway, the brothers collaborated with Chef Cleetus Friedman to create an India Pale Ale, with a twist, for the new beer. Cabinet of Curiosities will be a traditional India Pale Ale spiced with coriander and orange peel for a refreshing summer beer.

The Field Museum is hosting a launch party celebrating the release of Cabinet of Curiosities on Thursday, June 26.Tickets are available at www.eventbrite.com. The beer will be widely available throughout the Chicagoland area after its introduction at The Field Museum.
