SEATTLE – On Saturday, November 10, Two Beers Brewing invites craft beer lovers to go one higher than ten. Celebrating their anniversary from 1-7pm at The Woods Cider House and Brewery Tasting Room in SoDo the team at Two Beers Brewing has dug into the cellar and opened the barrels, brewed some retired fan favorites, infused some classics, and experimented with some new recipes for a tap lineup that’s both a trip down memory lane and a rare peek into the future.
“I’m really proud to say that Two Beers Brewing spent 2018 innovating and releasing new and exciting beer,” said Joel VandenBrink, founder and CEO of Two Beers Brewing Co. “We’re really pushing ourselves with these limited releases (in this case to 11), but most importantly we’re having fun while producing incredible beers.”
The 11th Anniversary Party will feature 18 rotating beer taps ranging from classic cellared favorites to exciting infusions, and of course the highlight of the day will be the release of “This Goes to 11.” A 6.6% ABV, 21 IBU limited release IPA brewed with lactose sugar and vanilla bean, “This Goes to 11” will be available on draft and in 16oz 4 packs to go in limited quantity – only 75 cases of package product produced. We’re pairing this “birthday cake IPA” with actual birthday cake during our Anniversary Party festivities with a special toast at 3PM.

Infusions like Fall Line with candied orange, Fall Line with hickory smoked French oak (smoked by Bread and Circuses), Fall Line with coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and ancho chili, Grey Skies with Earl Grey Tea, EVO IPA with jalapeno and pineapple, Tipsy Toboggan with oak and vanilla, Oude Bruin with Cherry, Wonderland Trail IPA conditioned on bourbon-soaked oak, Pilchuck Pilsner with grapefruit, Belgian Wit with vanilla and key lime, Brut IIPA with blood orange and pomegranate, and Snakebite with Brut IIPA, Gin Botanical Cider, and Lemon Peel
