Iron Heart Canning Adds Service to Upstate New York

MANCHESTER, NH ― Canning just got easier for craft breweries across upstate New York. Iron Heart Canning Company LLC, a mobile beverage packager serving breweries, cideries, wineries and small-batch coffee roasters, is launching a new location in Rochester, N.Y. ― Made Official June 12th.

“We’re thrilled to begin working in a region with such a rich brewing tradition,” said founder and CEO, Tyler Wille. “Strong partnerships with local breweries are the foundation of Iron Heart. We’re looking forward to bringing our services to the upstate beer community and making it easier than ever for its businesses to push their products into new markets.”

Since Iron Heart launched in 2013, the mobile canning company has offered cost-effective solutions for small-quantity packaging, and in turn, helped craft beer knock down market barriers in an industry long dominated by the likes of Budweiser and Coors. On-site production canning is the core of Iron Heart’s business, but their additional offerings, including in-line pressure sensitive labeling, pay-as- you-go printed can warehousing and advanced quality-control, make the mobile-canning option more attractive than owning an in-house line.

The company currently operates 21 canning lines across nine locations, canvasing New York City and Long Island, all of New England, Ohio and western Pennsylvania, Virginia and the Carolinas. “Connecting the dots by putting in a New York satellite was always part of the plan,” said company President Joe Marston. “There’s a lot of opportunity in New York that we are excited to get going and support from every direction. We believe our superior quality and unique service offerings will provide the utmost benefit to the Rochester area.”
