Reformation Brewery Collaborates with Wander North Georgia on ‘Nolan the Wanderer’ IPA

ATLANTA — Reformation Brewery has partnered with Wander North Georgia – a lifestyle company focused on the North Georgia mountains and communities with a storefront in downtown Clayton, Ga. – to debut “Nolan the Wanderer,” a rotating IPA series starting Monday, April 2. Nolan will be available at Reformation’s Keeping Room and sold in 12 oz. cans across Georgia.

Nolan will have a unique malt, hop and process with each release – rotating through the different styles, stories, flavors, colors and technique that make IPA a compelling and diverse beer. The initial recipe, titled “Adventure #001” will be a Simcoe dry-hopped American IPA (7.2 percent ABV) featuring notes of marmalade, grapefruit and sap amid a chewy malt background – perfect for sipping in the spring. The rotating IPA will replace Reformation’s “Atlas” year-round rye IPA, which will continue to be available on draft at the brewery.

“We are thrilled to partner with Wander North Georgia and have their authentic, wandering spirit along for this journey,” said Spencer Nix, CEO and co-founder of Reformation Brewery. “We both share a love for North Georgia and passion to have a lasting value in our community that goes beyond our day-to-day business and this co-branded beer is just the beginning of bringing our community a taste of that very real commitment.”

While some of Reformation’s beer names are inspired by real-life characters, the brewery strives to build values and vision around these characters and let consumers build their own stories. As part of Reformation’s long-term growth strategy, Nolan is another persona in a family of beers on a journey to “set beer free.” Inspired by the famous quote “not all who wander are lost,” Nolan The Wanderer seeks to reform expectations around the ways IPA is defined and sets out to explore the world’s variety of hops, malts, and processes to bring unique experiences to consumers.

To celebrate the launch, Reformation will host the following Nolan release events throughout April:
