No-Li Brewhouse Launches Charity of the Month Taster Tray Program

Spokane, WA – No-Li Brewhouse launched their Charity of the Month Taster Tray Program at the beginning of April, utilizing revenue from their taster trays to help support the Greater Spokane community.

Each month, No-Li will feature a pre-selected Charity of the Month. When guests visit the pub and order a taster tray (six 4-oz samples of the brewery’s beers), they are presented with a $2 token. The token can be used for $2 off any No-Li merchandise item, or can be put in the “charity box.” At the end of the month, the tokens in the box are counted, and No-Li will donate $2 from every token collected to the Charity of the Month.

“The program is a great way for No-Li and our guests to get involved with the local community. It’s important to rally around our community’s needs, and give back what we can. This program is a fun way to do that,” says No-Li’s co-owner John Bryant.

The April Charity of the Month is Big Table (www.big-table.com), an organization that helps transform the lives of those working in the restaurant and hospitality industry by building relationships around shared meals, and cares for those who are in crisis, transition, or falling through the cracks. The community and care are open to all in the industry without condition.

No-Li’s head chef, Branden Moreau, suggested Big Table, as it is an important organization to him that he personally supports outside of work. No-Li is encouraging their staff to recommend charities that they’d like to see featured in the program.

“We hope to see this program grow over the next year, and beyond. We’d like to see what should be at least a $600 donation this month grow to a $1000 donation by the end of the year; and maybe someday, we’ll have multiple charities that will benefit each month!” says

No-Li Brewmaster and co-owner, Mark Irvin

Any charities interested in being featured as the Charity of the Month (#NoLiCOM) should visit No-Li’s website and fill out the provided form (www.nolibrewhouse.com).
