Nat’s Hard Cider Medals in Competitions

Portland, OR – Results of two major competitions are in, and Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider has taken home medals for four of its most popular ciders. On March 23rd, at the Great Lakes International Cider and Perry (GLINTCAP) competition in St Johns Michigan, the biggest, oldest, and most well-known cider contest in North America, Nat’s personal favorite Revival Dry grabbed a gold, best-seller Hallelujah Hopricot garnered a silver, and Revelation Newtown Pippin and Lorrie’s Gold both won bronze in their respective categories. http://www.greatlakescider.com/

On February 9th at the Annual New York International Beer Competition, the Newtown Pippin achieved a gold medal and our humble cidery was named the USA Cider Producer of the Year out of a line-up including both large and small commercial cideries. Now in its third year, it is the first international competition to have trade-only judges, and less than 35% of submissions win awards. http://www.nyibeercompetition.com/

Nat West said of his eponymous company, “We are excited about these awards and proud of our ciders. At last year’s GLINTCAP, we won fewer awards so these awards show our continued dedication to improvement.” To learn more about Nat’s award-winning ciders, check out the website at reverendnatshardcider.com or find us on Facebook or Twitter @revnatscider.
