Marin Brewing Company to Release Cuvée Rogé

San Francisco, CA — The Marin Brewing Company will celebrate the 2017 release of its premier sour ale offering, Cuvée Rogé, on Tuesday, August 29 at Church Key in San Francisco.

During the past dozen years, Marin Brewing has released about 50 gallons of Cuvée Rogé every eighteen months. This time around, we have reimagined the beer, and have produced over 200 gallons. A new base beer was formulated, and a plethora of new yeast and bacteria cultures were employed. The beer evolved over ten months in four red wine barrels.

Marin Brewing’s own Betz Hensley will be behind the bar pouring the very first glasses of this prized elixir, and word has it Rogé herself will be on hand to test out the latest version of her namesake beer! (Yes, her tart spirit and her beer will remain at BrewCo.).  Brewmaster Arne Johnson will be in attendance performing quality assurance.

Three more fresh Marin Brewing Company beers will be on tap for the evening, including our newest offering, Golden Handcuffs Pale Ale, along with Pt. Reyes Porter and the rare Bolinas Best Bitter.
