Santee, CA – Join us January 29th from 4-8pm to formally celebrate the release of a beer that holds a special place in our hearts. This beer has been a labor of love since we first brewed it in 2010. Since that time we have grown tremendously and have even moved into our larger current location. When it came time to brew this recipe again, we were all hit with a sense of nostalgia at how far we have come in the past few years, truly allowing us to reflect on the changes and growth that we have achieved.
In revisiting this brew we decided to allow the beer to mature in Tennessee Whiskey barrels. Allowing the beer to age brought out the complex flavor profile, vanilla, warm whiskey spice and molasses. We also took the time to hand dip each bottle in a wax seal, giving this beer the special attention it deserves.
To help celebrate this night in celebration of Serenity we have also invited out Criscito Pizza. Rumor has it they will be creating a special pizza to pair with this epic beer.
