LA VISTA, NE — Lucky Bucket is ready to celebrate their 2nd annual Oktoberfest this Friday September 12th starting at 6pm at the Lucky Bucket Brewing Company. The fest is set to include musical entertainment from local polka musicians, The Barry Boyce Band, as well as fresh pretzels from locally owned and operated Bliss Bakery and German fare from Fresh Catering which will include polish dogs, sauerkraut, and more.
Lucky Bucket hosted Oktoberfest for the first time last year as a way to celebrate the season and the community. “We love our fall seasonal, an Oktoberfest Lager, and thought what a great way to incorporate a celebration for the fans and the beer of the season,” says President and Founder Jason Payne. Lucky Bucket will have 8 beers available on tap including their re-release of one of their most coveted Single Batch Series brews, Big Pimpkin, a pumpkin beer that has been a fan favorite for years.
Established in 2008, Lucky Bucket Brewery has been dedicated to producing exceptional craft beer right here in the Omaha and La Vista area. This event will be held rain or shine and is 21 and over only. Entry is $7 and includes one drink ticket. Entry at the door is $5. Food and additional beverages including cocktails from Cut Spike Distillery and non-alcoholic options can be purchased inside the festival. Lucky Bucket will have a tour of their facility starting at 5:30pm.
