Heavy Seas Announces Curbside Exclusive Release: Bottomless Bellini Inspired Beer

BALTIMORE — Heavy Seas Beer is excited to announce the next release from its 15 Barrel Brewhouse, Bottomless Bellini. This Bellini inspired ale is juicy, bright, and fizzy for all the fun without the stemmed glass. We’d like to think brunch is always better when it’s Bottomless. This Bellini inspired beer will be available in 4-packs of 16oz cans during a curbside can release from February 26th-28th.

“This beer is easy like Sunday morning,” says Heavy Seas Associate Brand Manager, Amanda Zivkovic. “It’s fruity, super juicy, and the perfect beer for brunching at home!”

Heavy Seas Brewmaster Christopher Leonard comments, “We had a lot of fun with the Mimosa version of Bottomless last year. We used enzymes, orange juice, citric acid and other cool techniques to produce a unique beer that just seemed to capture the flavor and spirit of a mimosa so well.  It was a no-brainer to reprise it, but with a slightly different inspiration. So, Bellini was the inspiration, which demanded 164 pounds of peach puree in the fermentation. The beer is relatively dry, with a tart, fruity balance that is just right for a great brunch session”.

Bottomless label artwork was designed by local Baltimore artist, Chris Shiner, of Chris Shiner Art. All the taproom exclusive beer labels will be designed by Shiner in 2021.
