FCB (The Fort Collins Brewery) introduced a new addition to its limited release Tap Club Series this week: Wit & Wild. Wit & Wild is a variation on the Belgian witbier style that features pink peppercorn, sweet and bitter orange peel, Indian coriander, and wild flower honey.
Altogether, it’s a refreshing brew with a remarkably spicy and complex flavor and nose. FCB’s Tap Club series, which consists of a new draught-only beer brewed by a different member of the brew staff every month, is FCB’s way to let its brewers get creative by brewing small, experimental batches of beer. Tap Club beers are limited in quantity and are available in FCB’s Tasting Room, Gravity 1020 Modern Tavern, and a few select local bars and restaurants while supplies last.
