Napa, CA – Fieldwork Brewing Company will open a taproom in Oxbow Public Market’s main market hall, offering a unique tasting experience of a rotating selection of craft beers produced at its Berkeley, California brewery.

Fieldwork Brewing Company is known for the range and quality of its beers, and visitors to the Oxbow Taproom can expect an ever changing tap list of fresh releases to enjoy by sampler flight, beer by the glass, and fresh beer filled to go in growlers and Crowler cans. The Oxbow Taproom will generally have ten or more beers on tap at all times.

Fieldwork anticipates opening the Oxbow Taproom by October 2016.

“We are excited to join the thriving Oxbow Public Market community,” said Barry Braden, CEO and co-founder of Fieldwork Brewing Company. “I loved it from the first time I visited and the market experience fits so well with how we would like for folks to enjoy our beers – as fresh as possible and directly from the source.”

Fieldwork Brewing Company has quickly gained a following in the craft beer community since the brewery began production in early 2015. Fieldwork beers are masterminded by Head Brewer and co-founder Alex Tweet, well-known for creating the wildly popular Grapefruit Sculpin IPA during his time at Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits. Fieldwork has released over 90 unique beers since opening its Berkeley Taproom, developing a loyal fan base of the brewery’s creativity and diversity of

“We are very happy to welcome Fieldwork Brewing Company to Oxbow Public Market,” stated Steve Carlin, founder and managing partner of Oxbow Public Market. “Barry and Alex produce a terrific product that is enjoyed in a very convivial environment, which is a perfect fit for Oxbow Public Market.”

Fieldwork Brewing Company initial hours of operation will be 11:00 am – 9:00 pm seven days a week.
