Evans Brewing Company to Open First Branded Restaurant

Irvine, CA – Evans Brewing Company, which develops and distributes the Evans line of award-winning premium craft ales and lagers, has announced the location of its first branded restaurant, The Public House by Evans Brewing Company, in the downtown SOCO District of Fullerton, California.  The Public House, located at 138 W. Commonwealth Avenue, will feature a full roster of Evans craft beers, delicious pub food and live entertainment.  The Public House is currently being renovated and is expected to open in second quarter of 2016.

Evans Brewing Company, which operates the oldest microbrewery in Orange County, produces a wide variety of keg and bottled ales and lagers, including Evans Pollen Nation Honey Blonde Ale, The KrHOPen India Pale Ale, Oaklore Brown Ale, ChocoLatté Chocolate Porter, The Original Pilsner, Black Pilsner, The Joaquin Red, Approachable Bastard Session IPA, Son of a Beach Blond, Stout at the Devil Russian Imperial Stout, OC Pale Ale, crHOP Dust Hefeweizen, and Octoberfest.

Evans Brewing Company to Open First Branded Restaurant

The site for The Public House was chosen due to its location in the SOCO District, a lively pedestrian-friendly area with sidewalk cafes, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and additional businesses attracting thousands of visitors to downtown Fullerton.  Adjacent to the recently renovated Fullerton Amtrak station, which brings in passengers from all over southern California, the Public House is also just 3 miles from California State University, Fullerton, a branch of the internationally renowned California State University system, with approximately 38,000 students from 81 countries and approximately 1,800 faculty members, and walking distance from Fullerton College, a Californian Community College that serves over 22,000 students.
