Alamo Drafthouse Littleton Announces Fight Club Beer Dinner With Odell Brewing Co.

LITTLETON, Colo. — Alamo Drafthouse Littleton is pleased to announce our next signature Food and Film event! On Tuesday, September 17th at 7pm we’re partnering with the Odell Brewing Co. to pair their local beers with a great menu, created by our Head Chef Seth Rexroad, themed around the modern classic film FIGHT CLUB. See all of the details below.

“The first rule of FIGHT CLUB is that you never talk about Fight Club.
The second rule of Fight Club is that you never experience it on an empty stomach.
The third rule of Fight Club is that you never do it without an Odell Beer in your hand.

Join us at the Alamo Drafthouse Littleton for a special One Night Only food event surrounding David Fincher’s amazing film FIGHT CLUB, based on the cult novel by Chuck Pahlaniuk, that will punch you in the gut and leave a shiner on that beautiful face of yours.

Our own Chef Seth Rexroad has prepared a rough and tumble menu of dishes that will go great paired with a selection brews from Odell Brewing Co. Odell superstar Brian Bjork will be on hand before the film to tell you all about their good stuff. Here’s a peek at the menu, can you handle it?

Course 1 – “Single Servings”, paired with Levity Amber
One Sweet Potato Agnolotti with Sage Cream
One Italian Sausage Ravoli with ricotta, basil, marinara
One tomato bruschetta on baguette

Course 2 – “Lead Salad”, paired with Odell IPA
Grilled Romaine with Beer Infused Vinaigrette served with Beer Marinated Steak with Parsley Oil in a Balsamic Reduction

Course 3 – “Them Balls” made with 90 Shilling and paired with our “mystery beer”
Deep Fried Beer Battered Rocky Mountain Oysters served on Oyster Mushroom Risotto topped with Truffle Oil and Fried Sage

Course 4 – “Soap Dish”, paired and made with Cut Throat Porter
Beer infused Ice cream Bar of “Soap” served on top of a Pixie Stick Glazed Donut garnished with your Own Unique Sugar Snowflake Crystal

A ticking-time-bomb insomniac (Edward Norton) and a slippery soap salesman (Brad Pitt) channel primal male aggression into a shocking new form of therapy. Their concept catches on, with underground “fight clubs” forming in every town, until an eccentric gets in the way and ignites an out-of-control spiral toward oblivion. Also stars Helena Bonham Carter.
