Our traditional Belgian-style Pale Ale. A well balanced, medium bodied easy drinking ale. Caramel maltiness and hop bitterness meet in the middle with neither dominating. Has a mild spicy note derived from our house yeast - making it a great companion with food. Maltier, zestier and less hoppy than classic American Pale Ales.
