Belgian-style IPA brewed with Zeus, Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo, Azacca and Citra hops and fermented at cold temps with our house Belgian yeast. A medium-high bitterness lays over clean malt with a slight hint of malt sweetness and spicy phenolics derived from our house Belgian sourced yeast. Finishes dry with a lingering bitterness on the palette.
