Mother Road Brewing is adding the new 3-barrel Pilot System (93 gallons) on an elevated equipment platform, also know as “The Fort” above their current 15-barrel brewhouse. The pilot system will provide the flexibility for Urs Rhiner (Head Yeast Whisperer) to experiment with small-scale and one-off recipes, allowing for new ideas and styles to hit your glass.ÔÇ¿ÔÇ¿This collaboration beer will debut during an upcoming Beer Dinner at Ground Control’s location in Goodyear, Wednesday September 24 at 6:30pm.
