WHITE PLAINS, NY — HEINEKEN USA, America’s leading upscale beer importer, has announced the appointment of Stacey M. Tank as Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations. She will begin her role on January 3, 2012.
Ms. Tank joins HEINEKEN USA from General Electric, where she most recently led corporate relations for “Healthymagination” — GE’s $6 billion commitment to bringing better health to more people. Additionally she led the launch of a $1 billion global cancer campaign in September 2011, which included a $100 million open innovation challenge around breast cancer diagnostics.
Prior to these roles, Ms. Tank also held CFO responsibilities for GE Water’s North American custom equipment business based in Boston. As a member of Corporate Audit, Ms. Tank lead teams at GE Healthcare in Canada and Mexico; GE Energy in Canada, Brazil and China; and NBC Universal in Europe. Her career at GE began as a member of GE’s Communications Leadership Development Program with assignments in Paris, France; Milwaukee, WI; and Fairfield, CT.

Ms. Tank is a summa cum laude graduate of Syracuse University. She is actively involved with BrightPink, a non-profit organization that provides support to young women who are at high risk for breast and ovarian cancer. She also serves on the Fairfield County Public Relations Association (FCPRA) Board of Directors. She currently lives in southern Connecticut with her husband and son.
