Harpoon Brewery to Host ‘Brewed For Boston’ Fundraising Nights

The Harpoon Brewery will host its first of three “Brewed For Boston” fundraiser events for victims of the Boston Marathon bombings tonight, beginning at 6 P.M.

The special events, happening at the Harpoon Brewery Beer Hall (located at 306 Northern Ave., Boston, Mass.) are scheduled to place between 6 P.M. — 9 P.M. on each of the next three Tuesday nights.

“Like most in and around Boston, Harpoon employees immediately felt compelled to ‘do something’ after the tragic events of Marathon Monday in Boston,” a company release stated. “Harpoon employees from every department of the brewery will donate their time to work these evenings and serve guests beer and pretzels.”

The brewery will be donating 100 percent of pint and pretzel sales to The One Fund, an organization created to provide support to victims of the tragedy. Tickets are not required to attend the events. Additional details about “Brewed For Boston” can be found below.
