Eazy Apple: The Crisp, Craft Cider That Keeps It Real

Jefferson County Ciderworks introduces Eazy Apple—a light, refreshing cider that proves simplicity and quality can go hand in hand.

Fairfield, Iowa – In a market full of sugary drinks and fleeting trends, Jefferson County Ciderworks proudly introduces Eazy Apple, a clean, crisp cider that stands out for its simplicity and authenticity. With a refreshing 4.5% ABV, Eazy Apple offers today’s drinkers an approachable, no-nonsense alternative to the overwhelming flood of overly sweet, artificial beverages.

“You can add alcohol to anything, but that doesn’t make it craft,” says Jesse Narducci, co-owner and head cider maker. “People are looking for something honest and easy to enjoy—and that’s what Eazy Apple is all about.”

Craft Cider is Rising—Big Beer Can’t Keep Up

As large beer brands continue to experiment with hard seltzers and novelty drinks, many fail to deliver the real quality that consumers crave. The collapse of brands like Molson Coors’ Saint Archer highlights the struggle. In contrast, craft cider continues its upward trajectory, driven by brands like Jefferson County Ciderworks that stay true to the fundamentals: well-balanced, naturally crafted ciders made with real ingredients.
