Quinn Ewers to promote Athletic Brewing’s award-winning non-alcoholic brews

MILFORD, Conn. and SAN DIEGO, (August 21, 2024) — Athletic Brewing Company, America’s largest non-alcoholic brewery, today announced it has signed a Name Image and Likeness (NIL) deal with Quinn Ewers, one of the country's top-ranked college football quarterbacks.

As part of his agreement, Ewers will be featured in Athletic’s fall marketing campaign and regional point-of-sale materials. He will also promote Athletic’s award-winning brews on social media, appear in digital advertisements, and make media appearances on behalf of the brand.

“Fall and football go hand-in-hand, and Athletic is proud to be the go-to non-alcoholic beer for tailgaters nationwide,” said Bill Shufelt, Co-Founder and CEO of Athletic Brewing. “We’re thrilled to be teaming up with an elite athlete like Quinn. He’s an extraordinary talent on the field, a leader in the locker room, and one of the faces of college football. Quinn’s hard work and dedication to his craft are inspiring, and he’s proving that you don’t have to compromise your college experience to reach your goals on and off the field.”

As a premier college quarterback, Ewers prioritizes balance in every aspect of his life. To excel both in the classroom and on the gridiron without sacrificing his social life, Ewers has to stay at the top of his game. The NIL deal highlights Athletic’s commitment to promoting an active lifestyle while supporting Ewers as he stays motivated throughout the season and maintains a busy routine.

“I’m stoked to be working with Athletic as my go-to non-alcoholic beer,” said Ewers. “Their brews are a total game changer. I love that I can enjoy a great-tasting brew while still balancing my priorities on the field and in the classroom. My personal favorite is Athletic Lite, and I’m excited to introduce their entire lineup to my friends, family, and fans.”

Athletic Lite is a crisp and clean everyday brew that’s full of flavor and pairs perfectly with any occasion. With just 25 calories and 5g of carbs1, it is exceptionally approachable, ultra-crushable, and guaranteed to take your tailgate to new heights.

Ewers also enjoys Run Wild IPA, one of Athletic’s most highly awarded brews. A quintessential and timeless IPA, Run Wild is the number one-selling non-alcoholic IPA in America2.

Athletic — ranked by the Brewers Association as the 10th largest U.S. craft brewery and 20th largest overall U.S. brewing company3 — is America's number one non-alcoholic beer brand. With dollar sales growing by 60%, Athletic currently holds over 19% market share within the U.S. market4.
