Willimantic, CT — The Willimantic Brewing Company invites the area’s EMS, Police Officers, Dispatchers, Firefighters, Military and Veterans to join us for an evening celebrating their service to our community. Heroes Night at Willibrew takes place on Monday, November 10th beginning at 5 p.m.
We will be donating a portion of the evening’s proceeds to the CT Burns Care Foundation’s Children’s Burn Camp. The camp is located in Union, CT. All children attend free of charge. All expenses for lodging, meals, arts/crafts, activities and programs are paid for by the Foundation. Active and retired firefighters from Fire Departments along the East Coast, medical personnel trained in treating burns, burn survivors, and caring individuals help round out the team of counselors for the children. All counselors serve on a volunteer basis.
Willibrew is a proud supporter of our local First Responders. Earlier this year we tapped our Fire Engine Red, a fundraising beer that benefits the Willimantic Fire Department.

The restaurant and pub-brewery makes many different types of beer each month, and features other producers’ craft brews on draught as well. Housed in an historic granite and limestone 1909 U.S. Post Office Building, the pub was the customer lobby and the private dining room housed the postmaster’s office. The main dining room, from where you can view the 7 barrel brewery was the post office work room. The brewpub’s post office-themed menu is overflowing with mouthwatering selections, featuring over 100 items including award-winning wings to steaks, pasta, seafood, burgers and salads.
