Harris Williams & Co. served as the exclusive advisor to Keg Logistics, a leading provider of keg management and logistics services to brewery clients and distributors. The transaction was led by Joe Conner and Jershon Jones of Harris Williams & Co.’s Transportation & Logistics (T&L) Group, Bob Baltimore and Taylor Morris of the firm’s Business Services Group and Juliann Rienecker of the firm’s Richmond office.
