Santa Fe’s Black IPA Release Party to Coincide with Visit From the Four Seasons Food Truck

SANTA FE, New Mexico – Santa Fe Brewing Company is excited to announce that the Four Seasons Taste Truck will be making Santa Fe Brewing a culinary destination on November 9th at 2:00pm.

After weeks of touring the United States, the famous Four Seasons Taste Truck will be spending its final week in Santa Fe, New Mexico with chef Andrew Cooper at the helm. The FS Taste Truck is the offspring of the luxury hotel and resort chain, The Four Seasons whose goal is to promote its gourmet restaurants by using the popularity of food trucks. “Food is a passion for us at Four Seasons and we are always seeking to share that in inspiring and exciting ways, whether it’s through a Michelin-star dining experience or the perfect beer and burger pairing at one of our gastropubs,” said Guy Rigby, vice president of food & beverage in the Americas in a press release. “We want to keep our chefs engaged in something that is very relevant and the food truck movement fits the bill.”

The FS Taste Truck’s visit cooincides with the Santa Fe Brewing Company’s Black IPA Release party. With notes of chocolate, the Black IPA is a crisp, dry, and hoppy beer that will compliment an array of foods that the FS Taste Truck will offer. The Black IPA is the brewery’s winter seasonal and will be available through February. “We are so happy to be able to team up with The Four Seasons. Craft beer and fine dining is a trend that has started to take hold of America’s foodies. This will be an ideal opportunity to show people that pairing food with beer can be as successful as pairing food with wine”, said Brian Lock, president of Santa Fe Brewing.

In addition to the food truck, The Santa Fe Brewing’s Black IPA Release party will feature live music, games, and of course the public’s first chance to sample the much anticipated Winter seasonal, Black IPA. Festivities will take place Saturday, November 9th from 2-6pm.
