Registered Trademark Issued To BEERTAG LLC

BEERTAG LLCCHICAGO – BEERTAG LLC is pleased to announce that the company was issued a registered trademark on August 2, 2011 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the mark of BeerTAG┬«.

The company will discontinue the use of the “TM” symbol for the BeerTAG mark and proudly replace it with the “┬«” symbol on all products, packaging, and marketing materials.

The BeerTAG Bottle Marker is an exciting new patent pending product which fits over the bottleneck to help solve the common problem of “Which beer is mine?” The news comes at an opportune time, as new football-themed product designs are now available for order by retailers on the company’s online wholesale shop.

BeerTAG is currently drawing a great amount of interest from potential global sales partners throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Thanks to the services of Chicago intellectual property attorney Natalie A. Remien of Remien & Associates PC, the newly registered trademark will further establish brand recognition across the U.S. and global markets.

“We’ve got the circle ‘R’ now, and that’s a really valuable piece of intellectual property for our young company, as we continue to build the brand globally with new sales partners,” said Matthew Lee Rosen, founder of BEERTAG LLC. “It’s exciting for us, and exciting for our fans as well. We know light beer consumers absolutely love BeerTAG, and we’ll make our products more available to them as we grow.”

In the past 12 month period, BeerTAG has added over 3,300 fans on Facebook, and generated website visitors in more than 115 countries. The large global reception has defined BeerTAG as creator of the world’s most popular Bottle Markers.

The company has been reaching out to on-premise beer advertisers and off-premise retailers, while testing BeerTAG products at select bars and convenience stores in the Chicago and Tampa markets. Additionally, BeerTAG offers many of its popular Bottle Marker designs for purchase on t-shirts in its online apparel store.
