Notch Session Saison is, in every way, true to the heritage of the saison style. Brewed at a low ABV (3.8%) using local ingredients (wheat malted from a MA supplier) this could easily be used to quench the thirst of seasonal workers in the field. On the outside, Notch uses their usual appealing type treatment and layout. To date, each beer has used a different color on the logo as a way to easily distinguish styles while maintaining the brands appeal across the shelf set with their saison being a lighter blue.
