The newest trend in the craft beer is single hopped beers. Flying Dog takes a slightly different approach with their Single Hop Simcoe, making it an Imperial IPA. At 10.0% ABV, you would expect this beer to knock you off your feet. While there is certainly an alcohol presence, its not in your face and overwhelming. This beer pours a golden orange color with a slight haze and thin off-white head.
