Mother’s Brewing Company Collaborates with Progress Pop-Ups on Imperial Stout

mothers brewing collaboration

Springfield, MO — We’d like to introduce you to our reimagined Collaboration series, where our goal is to partner with local businesses and creative minds to make a product that is dually inspired and specifically tailored to an event. The first in this new series is a beautiful partnership between the creative culinary minds at Progress Pop-Ups and our talented brew team. Progress is setting up a menu around the collaborated brew to directly complement it with food pairings.

The Progress team came and tasted several barrels in our repository, and the group collectively decided on what they thought would pair best with the feel of the event. An Imperial Stout aged in Heaven Hill Rye Whiskey barrels then finished in J. Rieger & Co. Whiskey Barrels, she promises to be rich, boozy, and a little sweet. The dinner will take place in our brew house, with our barrel aged beers sleeping soundly in the background. Taking place over two nights, the 17th and 18th of February, with a total of only 50 seats available.

Look for these bottles in the future to snag a once-in-a-lifetime chance at experiencing this partnership in flavor. The bottles will only be available to ticket holders, as it is made to be enjoyed at a specific time and place.

About Mother’s Brewing Company
Mother’s Brewing Company brews beer the only way we know how: with a mother’s love.  A love that begins on the Springfield streets we walk between pubs.  A love found in centuries of brewing tradition.  A love in mastering and then reinventing those traditions.  A love felt in every palm-searing high five delivered across the bar.  In laughter over a shared six-pack.  In a meal elevated by a perfectly paired beer.  In the hair of the dog the morning after.  From our brew house to your backyard, we infuse everything that we are into every drop of your beer.  We believe in love.  We brew love.  In downtown Springfield.
