Melvin Brewing and Wander Brewing Release 20 Days of Beer Week Collaboration

Alpine,WY — Two award-winning Western breweries, Wyoming’s Melvin Brewing and Washington’s Wander Brewing kick off the Bellingham Beer Week pre-party on April 14 with the limited release of their collaborative brew, 20 Days of Beer Week.

The collaboration between Melvin and WanderBrewing was in conjunction with Brouwers and Elizabeth Station who helped conceptualize the beer, provide label and design input as well as brewed day of.  Available only while supplies last, catch this outstanding one-time brew for bragging rights at Bellingham Beer Week,which officially starts April 21 with a week of brewery tours and tastings, new releases, block parties and more. The beer spree continues May 4-14 with Seattle Beer Week.

For 20 Days of Beer Week, a hoppy Imperial Red Ale, (8.4% ABV),Melvin/Wander sourced two amazing Australian hop varietals for finishing and aroma– newcomer Vic Secret and the highly sought after Galaxy. They were also able to source some ‘Citra LupuLN2 Hop Powder’ for dry hopping. This is a unique new hop product  and Melvin/Wander is excited to bring yet another beer from the future.

20Days of Beer Week will start flowing at 5 p.m. Friday, April 14,at four locations in Bellingham and Seattle including Wander Brewing’s BrewHall. 20 Days of Beer Week will be sold in cans and 16-ounce 4-packs (SRP $15) at three locations.

Kirk will keep manning the three-barrel system in the back of Jackson, Wyoming’s Thai Me Up Restaurant to keep creating some of the most exciting beers on the market today, while Dave Chichura will take over the larger scale production in Alpine.
