WHITE PLAINS, NY — Heineken USA, the nation’s premier beer importer, today announced its selection of Wieden+Kennedy of New York (W+K NYC) as the advertising agency of record (AOR) for brand Heineken. W+K NYC’s responsibilities for Heineken USA will include strategic and creative development to support the brand’s global strategy and positioning.

They are the agency of record for the new global “Legends” campaign for Heineken, and created “The Entrance” which is currently running in the U.S.,” said Heineken USA Chief Marketing Officer, Lesya Lysyj. “We believe they are a great fit for us as an organization and will challenge us to get to the next level. They also think in unconventional ways which is so important in today’s competitive environment.”
