Electric Brewing Co. to Open this Saturday

Murrieta, CA – Murrieta will finally have a production brewery to call its own! Electric Brewing Company will open its doors this Saturday May 17, 2014 at 11:00am and is located on 41537 Cherry St in Murrieta. The Electric Brewing Company is a small-batch, electric-fired, craft brewery dedicated to the production of fine, hand-crafted ales and lagers. The brewery had a very successful soft opening last Saturday and is looking forward to continuing the momentum for its official Grand Opening this weekend. The Grand Opening will have live music from the local band Indica Roots along with local food from Panini and Hops and Carnitas El Michoacano! It will be an event not to miss!

Beers on tap will include: Cali Steamin’, a California Common that is bready, earthy, and slightly fruity with an assertive and lingering hop bitterness and a dry finish. Red Wheat Hefeweizen with a flour-like maltiness balanced by banana and slight clove flavors, sweet and effervescent. It also has a hint of bubblegum in the finish. Incredulous, an Imperial Red Ale with a medium caramel malt with a soft roast and chocolate notes in the background. It has just enough sweetness to balance the massive hop load. Finally, the Citra Pale Ale, an American Pale Ale with a bright and enjoyable citrus hop flavor. Additionally, it has a light caramel malt sweetness that is very clean overall.
