Danny Boy Beer Works Opens Distillery

CARMEL, Ind. — Danny Boy Distilling Works has officially launched its first batch of “Buddha Booze” ultra-premium vodka, now on the menu and available for sale by the bottle at Danny Boy Beer Works brewery in Carmel’s Village of West Clay, the Brockway Pub in Carmel and by distribution at select locations throughout the state of Indiana. The vodka was made on site at the brewery’s Tank 13 building, the latest innovation in the creative crafts that Danny Boy’s team of expert brew masters has mastered. The vodka is the first of a new lineup of artisanal spirits and craft cocktails to come.

“This vodka is made of 100 percent neutral spirits distilled from grain and is gluten-free. We are excited to be further promoting the craft of producing great craft beers and now great craft spirits for our many fans who already enjoy our wicked awesome beers and for new customers who are looking for something a little different,” said Kevin “KP” Paul, owner.

The bottles retail for $28.

After this initial rollout of vodka, look for other hand-crafted liquors such as bourbon, blended whiskeys and coming very soon, Danny Boy’s Black Strap Molasses Boston spiced rum, Doctor’s Orders whiskey and bourbon and The Sons of London a citrus infused dry gin. These creations can be enjoyed at Danny Boy Beer and Distilling Works, Danny Boy Draft Works Notre Dame and the Brockway Pub located in Carmel. Carry out purchase is also available.
