Corona Extra Refreshes Latino Music this Summer with Launch of “Man├í Como Nunca” Music Experience

CHICAGO — Corona Extra is launching a unique music experience, Man├í Como Nunca or Man├í Like Never Before, built around the passion Latino fans of the brand have for music and Spanish-rock legends, Man├í. The experience gives consumers — 21 and older — the opportunity to access refreshed tracks of the band’s most popular songs featuring today’s leading Latino artists; exclusive video content with the artists; and an opportunity to enter a sweepstakes for a VIP concert experience with Man├í in Las Vegas.

From now through July 31, music fans can visit the newly-launched Corona Latino website to learn how to download the refreshed Man├í songs, watch exclusive interviews with the five participating artists, stream music as well as sign up for the sweepstakes and learn about local release parties. Participating artists — who represent a diverse mix of genres ranging from Latin Pop and Electro Pop to Batucada, Reggaeton, and Tropi Pop — and the Man├í song they’ve refreshed include:

  • Fanny Lu — ‘Me Vale’
  • Sie7e — ‘Rayando el Sol’
  • Pedro Capo — ‘Vivir Sin Aire’
  • Da’Zoo — ‘Labios Compartidos’
  • Joey Montana — ‘Oye Mi Amor’

All refreshed songs will be released at different times during the promotional period at no cost while supplies last. When visiting the site, consumers can set up weekly reminders to download each of the artists’ songs as they become available as well as enjoy exclusive interviews with the artists, including one that details how to make the Ultimate Michelada beer cocktail with Corona by Joey Montana and Fanny Lu.

In addition to the website, consumers can learn more about the Maná Como Nunca experience by logging onto the Corona Facebook page and new Latino Corona YouTube channel. Opportunities to access the content and enter the sweepstakes will also be available at participating retailers nationwide and at the official release parties taking place in local markets.

Corona Extra kicked off their partnership with Man├í earlier this year with the sponsorship of the band’s 2012 Drama Y Luz USA tour.
