Colorado's Top Brewers Celebrates Official Release

Georgian Bay Books, creator of award-winning beer-centric titles such as San Diego’s Top Brewers and Brew Food will officially release COLORADO’S TOP BREWERS at the Downtown Tattered Cover this Sunday, October 6. The release party will feature samples of more than 6 of the book’s beer and food pairings. Author Emily Hutto and photographer Emily Heller will be onsite to sign books.

Featured at the release party will be pours from Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project, Denver Beer Co., Great Divide, Trinity Brewing, Strange Brewing, and Odell Brewing. Preparing their recipes will be Chef John Little of Harman’s Eat and Drink, Masterpiece Deli Chef Justin Brunson, Pastry Chef Samm Sherman of Root Down and Linger, and Chef Lon Symensma of ChoLon. Colorado’s Top Brewers is packed full of information about 26 of the state’s most successful breweries and their beers, as wells as inventive pairings created by 24 of Colorado’s most talented chefs. Additional spreads profile 10 of Colorado’s most craft beer-centric bars and taverns.
