Bend, OR— Central Oregon Beer Week (COBW) announces their annual event will take place Friday May 23 to Saturday May 31, kicking off Memorial Day Weekend and continuing throughout the remainder of the month. Now in its third year Central Oregon Beer Week celebrates the craft beer industry in a terrific week┬¡long event with over 24 active breweries and 2 more slated to enter production by the end of March, locals and visitors alike can plan on a solid nine days of craft beer bliss in Central Oregon. This year Central Oregon Beer Week will once again feature unique SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) beers prepared by a growing list of Central Oregon breweries, including Bend Brewing Co, Below Grade Brewing, Bridge 99 Brewery, Crux Fermentation Project, Deschutes Brewery, Juniper Brewing, McMenamins Old St. Francis, North Rim Brewing, Three
Creeks Brewing, Solstice Brewing, Sunriver Brewing, Wild Ride Brewing, and Worthy Brewing. These beers will be released at the Kick┬¡Off Event, May 23rd, held in downtown Bend at McMenamins Old St. Francis School O’Kanes Gallery. The festivities continue with Mt. Bachelor’s Springtacular BrewSki May 24th and 25th, followed by numerous events during the week including special events at Silver Moon Brewing, Worthy Brewing, a release party for the first ever Central Oregon Beer Week
Collaboration Beer at the 10 Barrel Brewing Co. Pub, and the return of Naughty Pierre for Deschutes Brewery’s Beer┬¡Lesque: Tastings and Tassels. The week culminates with the 2nd annual Sunriver Brew Fest on Saturday May 31st, and will once again be hosted by Sunriver Resort.
