EUREKA, Calif. — The Booth Brewing Co. (“The Booth”) announced a new release in its signature EurekaSeoul Hop Ale series. The new EurekaSeoul Mosaic Hop Ale is a second in the series after EurekaSeoul Citra Hop Ale, recently one of the most sought-after beers in Humboldt. Double dry-hopped with Mosaic hops for an extra juicy and fresh hoppy flavor, the Booth’s limited juicy IPA has been selling fast since its launch last week with the support of the beer enthusiasts in Humboldt County area, currently rated 4.16/5 on Untappd.
This strong contender in the newly announced juicy or hazy IPA category pours a nice golden-hazy color in appearance. Double dry-hopped EurekaSeoul Mosaic inundates the nose with notes of bright citrus, sweet mangos, and stone fruit aromas. Extremely juicy in flavor, this beer is extra-hoppy with minimal bitterness and mouth-watering fruitiness with a rich mouthfeel.
EurekaSeoul Mosaic Hop Ale is available in stores across the Humboldt and Bay Area. Detailed list can be found on The Booth’s website (www.theboothbrewing.com). The Booth’s next EurekaSeoul Hop Ale will be released in mid-April.
About The Booth Brewing Co.
The Booth Brewing Co. started off as a small pizza pub in an alleyway of Gyeongnidan in Seoul, Korea in May 2013. Its three founders, initially working as Korean medical doctor, financial analyst, and Economist correspondent, came together with their love of craft beer and the ambition to create a “booth” where young-minded people can gather to change the world while enjoying quality beer, when there was a lack of high quality beer. May 2017, 4 years since its birth, The Booth extended its operations into the current Eureka facility, which was formerly owned by Lost Coast Brewery. Since then, it has been catching the attention of many craft beer lovers across the nation. The Booth recently became winner of California IPA brewery of the year at the NY International Craft Beer Competition, and gold medal winner of the largest alcohol beverage award in Korea, Korea Wine & Spirits Award.
