CLEARWATER, FL – Since announcing their partnership with the Tampa Bay Rowdies for the 2017 season, Big Storm Brewing Co has been busy brewing something big. On Saturday, April 8, Big Storm will introduce Rowdies fans to a special beer called, “Kick In The Grass.” A light, refreshing Pilsner style lager, “Kick In The Grass” will be offered exclusively at Al Lang Stadiumduring every Rowdies match of the 2017 season.
The beer is crafted using European 2-row Pilsner barley with German Magnum and Hallertau Mittelfrühnoble hops, creating a very well-balanced Pilsner, that is perfect for a day at the beach, soccer match or tailgate party,” said Joel Moore, head brewer at Big Storm Brewing Co.

“Kick In The Grass” will be available in 16oz pours for $8 and 24oz pours for $12 at Al Lang Stadium located at230 1st St SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. At Saturday’s match against the Ottawa Fury FC, Big Storm Brewery will be tossing the ceremonial coin that determines which team decides what goal it will attack in the first half.
