Boulder, CO – Avery Brewing Company is pleased to announce the dates for four unique craft beer experiences in 2012, to be kicked off by the 10th Annual Boulder Strong Ale Festival in March. All four festivals will take place at the Boulder, Colorado based brewery, and three of four will feature beers generously donated from top craft brewers nationwide.
10th Annual Boulder Strong Ale Festival
Friday & Saturday, March 9th & 10th, 2012, Avery Brewing Company

Featuring over 80 different strong beers (beers greater than 8% abv) from some of the best breweries across the country, with many beers that are not otherwise available in the State of Colorado. Profits from the fest will be donated to craft beer industry friend Danny Williams, to assist with medical costs for his ongoing battle with cancer.
3rd Annual Boulder SourFest
Saturday, June 2nd, 2012, Avery Brewing Company

This is one of the only festivals in the world to exclusively feature beers crafted in the exotic tradition of sour ales. The Boulder SourFest is devoted to beers made with sour producing bacteria and/or brettanomyces wild yeast, a brewing style growing quickly in popularity.
