AUSTIN, Texas – In time for Cinco de Mayo celebrations, Austin Eastciders — the number one craft cider in Texas and number three in the U.S. — releases a Tequila Barrel-Aged Cider at its Collaboratory taproom on the East Side of Austin and in accounts all over Texas.
The limited release cider is a 100% bittersweet and bitter sharp apple blend cider aged for four months in fellow Austin brand Dulce Vida Tequila barrels. It’s a mellow cider with cacti and vegetal notes and a smooth finish.
It’s available at the Austin Eastciders Collaboratory tap room at 979 Springdale Road and all over Texas. Available while supplies last.
The brand also celebrates Cinco de Mayo at the Austin Eastciders Collaboratory from 12 – 5 PM with growler specials, prize piñatas and music by the Afroknotts.
